Many of us do not know many interesting facts about what is happening to the world today. Here are a number of interesting facts today.

1. If you yelled for 8 years, 7 months and 6 days, you would have produced enough sound energy to heat one cup of coffee. 


2. If you fart consistently for 6 years and 9 months, enough gas is produced to create the energy of an atomic bomb. 


3. Right-handed people live, on average, nine years longer than left-handed people do.

Worls's Most Expensive Iphones

Hey guys...after looking and reading about these iphones you will be shocked at how expensive these phones are and also have some people are willing to spend to buy them.

Goldstriker iPhone 4G Diamond Edition – $19,460

Stuart Hughes of Goldstriker International presents the iPhone 4G Diamond Edition, likely the first of a bevy of luxury editions of Apple’s latest iPhone. Hughes has adorned the phone’s surrounding metal band with 6.5 carats of VVS diamonds and, on the back, recreated Apple’s iconic logo in platinum and diamonds. The iPhone 4G Diamond Edition has 32 GB of memory and is factory unlocked so you can enjoy it regardless of your wireless carrier. It also comes with an ostrich-foot wallet with pockets for up to four credit cards. If you want the phone, though, you’ll have to act soon–only 50 will be made.

Peter Aloisson’s iPhone Princess Plus – $176,400

The Princess Plus got its name from the Princess cut used on 138 of the 318 diamonds on its surface. The other 180 diamonds on the phone were brilliant-cut. In total, the phone has 17.75 carats of diamonds set in 18k white gold around its rim. The iPhone Princess Plus is worth $176,400 while the somewhat more pedestrian “Brilliants only” version sold for $66,150.

Peter Aloisson’s Kings Button iPhone – $2.4 million

The Kings Button iPhone is, like its predecessor, a jewel-bedecked iPhone. This time, however, Aloisson had the iPhone 3G to play with—and, apparently, a bit of a bigger budget. One hundred and thirty-eight brilliant-cut diamonds line the sides of the phone, but the real prize is the home button—a rare 6.6 carat white diamond.

Goldstriker iPhone 3GS Supreme – $3.2 million

Stuart Hughes is known for giving luxury devices such as phones and video game consoles the Supreme treatment covering them with gold and diamonds—and the iPhone is no exception. The iPhone 3GS Supreme features a casing made from 271 grams of solid 22k gold and a screen trimmed with fifty-three 1-carat diamonds. The home button is covered with a single rare 7.1-carat diamond. That’s not all, the iPhone 3GS Supreme comes in a chest carved from a single block of granite and sports Kashmir gold and an interior lining made with nubuck top-grain leather.

Stuart Hughes iPhone 4 Diamond Rose Edition – $8 million

If you thought his iPhone 3GS Supreme was impressive, check out the latest iPhone from Stuart Hughes–the iPhone 4 Diamond Rose Edition. Hughes has recreated the infamous antenna band that wraps around the sides of the latest iPhone, as well as the backplate, using rose gold. The band is adorned with 100 carats of flawless diamonds, and the Apple logo is formed with fifty-three more diamonds. Once again, the home button gets the most love–it’s made of platinum and features a rare 7.4-carat pink diamond.

The phone comes in an imperial pink 7-kilogram chest cut from a single block of granite and lined with nubuck top-grain leather. It also comes with an 8-carat flawless diamond that can be used in place of the pink one.

Only two of these expensive phones will be made.

The Most Expensive Cars in The World

The 1931 Bugatti Royale Kellner Coupe was sold for $8,700,000 in 1987. However, that car and many alike will not be included in this list because it is not available on the market today. It is hard to imagine someone would actually spend 8 million dollars on a car instead of using it for something more productive. However, if you have the money and the opportunity, you will definitely spend a small fraction of it to place a few of these supercars in your garage. Here are the 10 most expensive production cars on the market. 

1. Bugatti Veyron $1,700,000. This is by far the most expensive street legal car available on the market today. It is the fastest accelerating car reaching 0-60 in 2.6 seconds. It claims to be the fastest car with a top speed of 253 mph+. However, the title for the fastest car goes to the SSC Ultimate Aero which exceed 253 mph pushing this car to 2nd place for the fastest car.

2. Lamborghini Reventon $1,600,000. The most powerful and the most expensive Lamborghini ever built is the second on the list. It takes 3.3 seconds to reach 60 mph and it has a top speed of 211 mph. Its rarity (limited to 20) and slick design are the reasons why it is so expensive and costly to own. This is my personal favourite. =)

3. McLaren F1 $970,000. In 1994, the McLaren F1 was the fastest and most expensive car. Even though it was built 15 years ago, it has an unbelievable  top speed of 240 mph and reaching 60 mph in 3.2 seconds. Even as of today, the McLaren F1 is still top on the list and it outperformed many other supercars.

4. Ferrari Enzo $670,000. The most known supercar ever built. The Enzo has a top speed of 217 mph and reaching 60 mph in 3.4 seconds. Only 400 units were produced and it is currently being sold for over $1,000,000 at auctions.

5. Pagani Zonda C12 F $667,321. Produced by a small independent company in Italy, the Pagani Zonda C12 F is the 5th fastest car in the world. It promises to delivery a top speed of 215 mph+ and it can reach 0-60 in 3.5 seconds.

6. SSC Ultimate Aero $654,400. Don't let the price tag fool you, the 6th most expensive car is actually the fastest street legal car in the world with a top speed of 257 mph+ and reaching 0-60 in 2.7 seconds. This baby cost nearly half as much as the Bugatti Veyron, yet has enough power to top the most expensive car in a speed race. It is estimated that only 25 of this exact model will ever be produced.

7. Saleen S7 Twin Turbo $555,000. The first true American production certified supercar, this cowboy is also rank 3rd for the fastest car in the world. It has a top speed of 248 mph+ and it can reach 0-60 in 3.2 seconds. If you are a true American patriot, you can be proud to show off this car.

8. Koenigsegg CCX $545,568. Swedish made, the Koenigsegg is fighting hard to become the fastest car in the world. Currently, it is the 4th fastest car in the world with a top speed of 245 mph+, the car manufacture Koenigsegg is not giving up and will continue to try and produce the fastest car. Good luck with that!

9. Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren Roadster $495,000. A GT supercar, the SLR McLaren is the fastest automatic transmission car in the world with a top speed of 206 mph+ and reaching 60 mph in 3.8 seconds. It is a luxurious convertible with a really powerful engine, which results in outstanding performances and style.

10. Porsche Carrera GT $440,000. A supercar with dynamic stability control and a top speed of 205 mph+ and it can reach 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. The Porsche Carrera GT applies the absolute calibers of a true racing car to offer an unprecedented driving feeling on the road.

Blackberry vs Iphone?

Well today, majority of the people are having a blackberry or an iphone..they have been many arguments about which is better then the other and how good is the gadget compared to the other etc. To me comparing both of the phones are not necessary as both these phones have their own advantages as well as disadvantages. Regardless to say that, some people even say that the iphone is for kids or for gamers, on the other hand the blackberry is for people who are rich or those who have certain status. I don't think so actually.. the blackberry is a normal phone without its BIS plan whereby the iphone without its plan it can still play games and do other stuff as well. Its like owning a Ferrari with no licence.
    Now with the iphone 4 out as well as the Blackberry torch out..more and more people are getting hooked on to their phones and more and more people are also buying these phones which make them overrated. Its cool, YES but then again every tom dick and harry is using one, even the vegetable sellers own one. Its like the IN THING now. With the latest features like Facetime and full HD recording from the iphone 4, it makes the phone slightly attractive. Now there's competition between BBM and FACETIME. Hahaha... i wont be surprised that Apple will come out with another version of the iphone the same as when they came out with iphone 3G then 3GS.
    The iphone has awesome touch screen performance compared to other touch screen phones. When iphone came out the first time, it struck the gadget market by storm as they call it THE IPHONE KILLER. That is why after the launch of the iphone, every other cellphone company started coming out with touch screen phones to compete with Apple. The other touch screen phones have greater features and are better then the iphone in many ways but then again an iphone is always an iphone with all its apps,applications,superb touch screen performance it always never fails to make the iphone be the first choice in a person's list of gadgets to buy or have.
    On the other hand,the blackberry is also a very fast and efficient smartphone. It can do as many things as the iphone but there are some things the blackberry lacks off. The blackberry is a very classy phone with its looks. Once a person sees a blackberry from far, one look at it they know its a blackberry. Majority of the top guys and people with high profiles use the blackberry. It is very elegant and silk. Regardless of its outer feature, receiving and sending emails are the bomb with the blackberry. Its fast when receiving emails as well as surfing the net.
    In conclusion, both the phones should not be compared, as both the phones are good in their own departments which make them unique in their own way. I love both the phones very much as i'm using the both of them, but then again it all comes down to what,where,when,why and how you would want to use the phone for. Only then u can actually decide which one to buy.

Well Here Are Some Facts About Facebook

1. Facebook has more the 400 Million users. (People seriously have no damn life)

2. There are 900 million objects that people interact with such as pages, objects, events and community pages. ( Don't people have lives? I mean come on?)

3. More than 70 translations available worldwide. ( Haven't heard of English? Its used internationally)

4. Over 300,000 users helped to translate facebook through the translation application. ( Did these people get paid for their work? 300,00 over people need their pay check!)

5. More people use facebook on their mobiles then people who use the computers. ( How long is a life span of a average daily hand phone battery?)

Just to say that people really have no life but just to go on to Facebook and tell people what their doing? Its just dumb! To come to think about it I have facebook as well. So I guess I am dumb.

Well there you have it. It's officially our first post. Welcome to our blog. Well the purpose of this blog is for our New Media Assignment. We are basically given this assignment to see how many people we can reach out to using the new media. Well just a brief introduction about ourselves.
